From I-5 (north- or south-bound):

1. Take Exit 105
2. Keep left and merge onto 14th Ave
3. Keep straight through the light and into the tunnel
4. Turn right onto Capitol Way on the other side
5. Follow Capitol Way to State Ave, take a left
6. Bear right onto 4th Ave at the light
7. Take the next right (Sylvester St)
8. There is street-side parking on the right, the Sand Man is at the dock below
